Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return requests must be made within the return window

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Perishable goods or personalized/custom products

To start a return, please contact us at collection@alanrudden.ie with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at collection@alanrudden.ie with photos and your order number.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Still no luck? Contact us at collection@alanrudden.ie
